1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ultimate Extractor ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Description of Service

Ultimate Extractor is a trading analytics platform that allows users to:

  • Connect MetaTrader 5 accounts via API keys to sync trade data
  • View personal trading performance analytics and statistics
  • Access aggregated, anonymized EA performance data ("EA Leaderboard")
  • Map magic numbers to Expert Advisor names

3. Important Disclaimers

Ultimate Extractor provides data aggregation and analytics tools ONLY. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. The information provided, including EA Leaderboard rankings and performance statistics, should NOT be interpreted as recommendations to buy, sell, or use any particular Expert Advisor or trading strategy.

RISK WARNING

Trading foreign exchange (Forex) and contracts for difference (CFDs) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could sustain a loss of some or all of your invested capital. Past performance displayed on this platform does NOT guarantee future results. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.

DATA ACCURACY

Performance data displayed on Ultimate Extractor is user-reported and aggregated from connected trading accounts. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. EA names are user-submitted and may not accurately represent the actual Expert Advisors used. Always conduct your own due diligence before making any trading decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when registering and using the Service
  • Keep your account credentials and API keys secure
  • Only connect trading accounts that you own or have authorization to access
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
  • Comply with your broker's terms of service regarding data sharing
  • Not submit false or misleading EA names or trading data

5. EA Leaderboard & Data Sharing

By using Ultimate Extractor and connecting your trading account, you understand and agree that:

  • Your trading data may be aggregated and anonymized for the EA Leaderboard
  • Individual account information is never publicly displayed
  • Only statistical aggregates (averages, totals) across multiple users are shown
  • EA names displayed are user-submitted and may be trademarks of their respective owners
  • We are not affiliated with any EA vendor unless explicitly stated
  • You may opt out of data aggregation by deleting your account

6. Intellectual Property

Expert Advisor names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the EA Leaderboard are the property of their respective owners. Ultimate Extractor does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks. The display of EA names is based on user-submitted data and does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by EA vendors.

If you are an EA vendor and believe your trademark is being used improperly, please contact us atlegal@ultimateextractor.com to request review or removal.

7. Subscription & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods after 14 days
  • Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ULTIMATE EXTRACTOR AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any trading losses or financial damages resulting from use of the Service
  • Decisions made based on EA Leaderboard data or any analytics provided
  • Inaccuracies in user-reported data or performance statistics
  • Service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures
  • Actions of third parties, including brokers or EA vendors
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claims arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ultimate Extractor and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ultimate Extractor operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
